We participate in most of the major medical insurance plans in our community. We accept Medicare assignment, Bluecross/Blueshield, Medical Mutual of Ohio, all Medicaid products, Workers' compensation, and most PPO/HMO plans. Please refer to your insurance booklet. Please bring in all insurance information with you and our staff will assist you in any way they can. If your insurance requires a referral, contact your primary doctor for a referral prior to scheduling an appointment. Please feel free to call our office to verify your coverage.

Copays

Copays are due at the time of visit. For you convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Parking and Transportation

You'll find easy-access parking with first floor access for both offices. RTA stop is line with our Parma office.
